Global Experience
I’m James Crute (JC) — a Production Manager & Site Manager with over a decade of experience in the global live events industry. My career has taken me across Europe, the Middle East, and North America, delivering projects that range from Formula 1 hospitality environments and music festivals to international sporting events, brand activations, and live broadcast productions. Each project has allowed me to combine creativity with structure — transforming ambitious ideas into seamless, high-impact experiences.

Projects & Focus
Across my career, I’ve overseen large-scale double-deck structure builds, managed multi-agency site operations, and coordinated complete technical production packages — including LED systems, audio, lighting, SFX, and immersive content delivery. My portfolio includes work on Formula 1 events in Silverstone, Miami, Jeddah, and Las Vegas, as well as major music festivals, tours, and corporate showcases. Each project brings its own challenge, and I take pride in ensuring the vision, technical delivery, and guest experience align perfectly.
